Case Studies

Katiravan Subarayan, a 62-year-old retired building manager and electrician from Malaysia, embarked on an extraordinary solo world tour on January 2, 2023, starting from his hometown of Batu Caves, Kuala Lumpur. Riding his BMW R1200RS motorbike, "Parameswara," he aims to visit 106 countries over 1 year and eight months. So far, he has traveled through more than 27 countries, covering thousands of kilometers across Asia, Europe, and North America, while promoting environmental awareness through tree planting.

Behind this remarkable journey is Suha, the dedicated author and editor who has tirelessly documented Katiravan's adventure, ensuring his story reaches a global audience.

When Suha first joined as a trainee she had little experience with website design and digital marketing. Recognizing her potential, I took it upon myself to guide her through the fundamentals of these essential skills. Through hands-on training sessions, I introduced her to the basics of website design, including user experience (UX) principles, content management systems (CMS), and the importance of responsive design.

As she gained confidence, we delved into more advanced topics such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and analytics. I emphasized the importance of creating engaging content and using data to inform digital marketing strategies. Over time, Suha mastered these skills, which have been instrumental in her role as the author and editor documenting Mr. Katiravan's world tour. Her ability to maintain a dynamic and interactive online presence for the journey is a testament to her hard work and the training she received.

It’s been fulfilling to witness Suha’s growth from a novice to a skilled professional who now plays a crucial role in bringing Mr. Katiravan’s inspiring story to the world.
